HELP! I’VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE, WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

We understand that buying a website can be stressful. Fortunately, we’ve built hundreds of websites and we handle all the hard stuff. We’ll simply need your logo if you have one, and any text or photos that you can provide.

How long does it take?

On average, websites launch within 4 weeks from project start.

What are the recurring costs?

We have a variety of monthly plans and would be happy to help you figure out which one best meets your needs and budget. Generally, our monthly plans range from $100 to $250 a month.

Will my website be mobile and tablet friendly?

YES! Every website we build is mobile-friendly. We understand that your customers use every type of device to browse your website. Our websites are responsive and resize automatically to fit all screen sizes.

I’m not tech savvy, can you help me with the technical stuff?

Of course! Most of our customers are regular people simply running their businesses. We handle all the complicated details so you can focus on what you do best.

Who writes the content for the website?

That's up to you. If you want to write all the content for your website, then good for you. You have our respect. However, most people find writing website content really hard. In that case, we can place AI-generated content on your website and then give you the option to suggest changes. It works surprisingly well.

Can I change the website myself?

If you are signed up for the Standard or Premium plan, you certainly can. They include access to an easy-to-use website editor. However, many people find that they prefer to have us make changes for them.

What ABout My Domain Name?

If you do not have a domain name, we would be happy to register one for you. It's included in all of our pricing plans. If you already have a domain name, then we can forward it to your new website. If you have other domain situations, we can help you come up with a plan.

What if I need help with my website down the road?

We’re only an email or phone call away. We’re here to support you as much or as little as you need.

Will my website rank on Google?

We include basic Search Engine Optimization on all of our websites. If you are looking to jump start your ranking on Google, we recommend our optional Advanced Search Engine Optimization Package.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

No, you don’t. We have customers across the entire country. Meetings can easily be handled by video or phone.

What are your payment options?

Our online payment options include credit cards and secure bank transfers. We also accept checks. We try to make paying us as easy as possible!
